We’re currently recruiting for a Management Accountant to join a large-scale, rapidly growing business with a high-performing finance function and exciting long-term career opportunities.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a part-qualified accountant looking to take the next step within a fast-paced commercial environment where no two days are the same. You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of responsibilities across management accounts, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, while working closely with senior finance stakeholders.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing monthly management accounts across multiple entities
• Producing detailed variance analysis and investigating discrepancies against budgets and forecasts
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
• Preparing and posting month-end journals
• Completing and owning balance sheet reconciliations
• Managing intercompany reconciliations and reporting
• Supporting year-end processes, including audit preparation and statutory reporting
• Presenting financial information and reporting packs to senior finance stakeholders
• Producing ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions
• Supporting finance projects and process improvements across the wider function

To be considered, you will ideally:

• Be studying towards ACCA or CIMA 
• Have previous experience within an Assistant/Management Accountant or similar finance role
• Possess strong Excel skills and confidence working with large volumes of data
• Have excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships
• Be highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Be motivated to progress your career within a fast-paced commercial environment
